Refund policy
Please contact info@inclusivesolutions.co.za before returning a product. We will confirm the appropriate return arrangements and provide a return authorisation where required.
Change-of-mind returns for online purchases
Where the cooling-off provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply, a customer may cancel an eligible online purchase without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods. Statutory exclusions may apply to certain transactions.
Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession and return them complete with their supplied parts, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable South African law.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries
If we supplied the wrong product, or a parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. Where the return is due to our error or delivery damage, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs as required by law.
Defective goods
South African consumers have an implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act. Where goods fail to meet the applicable statutory standards, the customer may return them within six months after delivery, without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense, and may choose a repair, replacement or refund, subject to the Act.
If a repaired product develops the same or a further defect within three months after the repair, the remedies provided by the Consumer Protection Act will apply.
Repairs and warranty claims
Products returned for inspection or repair must be securely packaged. Please include the return authorisation number, your contact details, proof of purchase and a clear description of the fault. Remove batteries before sending a product unless we ask you to leave them installed.
Any additional manufacturer warranty is assessed according to the applicable Time Timer warranty terms. Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage and unauthorised modification are not manufacturing defects. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
