Orders are dispatched from Knysna, Western Cape, and delivered by standard economy courier within South Africa.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs R50 for orders below R450. Standard delivery is free for orders of R450 or more. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information.

Estimated delivery time

Courier delivery usually takes two to five working days after dispatch. Delivery to rural or outlying areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by the destination, stock availability, public holidays and courier conditions.

Delivery problems

If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact info@inclusivesolutions.co.za. Please retain the product and all packaging while the matter is investigated.
